💼 About This Role

You'll act as the high-level bridge between iHerb and its external logistics providers across the MENA region, ensuring daily operations and SLA compliance. Your core impact will be driving operational excellence through partner governance and performance reviews. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional coordination with teams like Inventory Planning and Marketing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day performance of 3PL partners across assigned region
• Ensure SLA/KPI adherence for inbound, fulfillment, and inventory accuracy
• Hold 3PL partners accountable through regular performance reviews
• Lead labor and space planning with 3PLs for promotions and peak periods

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of supervisory experience in a multi-shift distribution center
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• E-Commerce and 3PL management experience highly desirable
• Strong English (Arabic in MENA) communication skills
