You'll oversee multiple reconditioning lines within an Inspection Reconditioning Center, ensuring production metrics are met. You'll manage facilities to exceed targets in production, cost, and quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full shift
• Identify bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis
• Conduct weekly performance reviews with senior leadership
• Guide daily manager huddles and support team development

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Experience leading a team of over 50 associates
• Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges via root cause analysis
• Must be open to relocation nationwide or regionally
