Description

You will perform deep-dive analyses to identify product growth opportunities, design and analyze A/B experiments, define key metrics, and build dashboards. You will lead large-scale analytics projects and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making for Robinhood's brokerage products.

Requirements

• PhD or master's in quantitative field (math, statistics, engineering, natural sciences) with 6-10 years experience
• Proven expertise in data science with strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Ability to implement projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify product growth opportunities
• Design, plan, implement, and analyze A/B experiments and causal inference
• Define and maintain key product performance metrics and build scalable dashboards
• Lead large-scale analytics projects to uncover user insights and inform product strategy
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations to integrate data-driven decision-making
