🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead paid advertising strategy for key accounts, ensuring strong execution.
• Serve as primary escalation point, resolving roadblocks and driving performance.
• Mentor team talent through coaching, training, and support.
• Conduct training on platforms, tools, and industry trends.

📋 Requirements

• 5-6 years of digital marketing experience; 4+ in agency setting.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on with Search Engine Marketing.
• Expert-level proficiency in at least two major advertising channels (Google/Bing, Meta, etc.).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google/Microsoft Office Suite.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads.
• Lead Gen and B2B experience.
