You'll partner across Meriton and all operating companies to hire exceptional talent for skilled trades roles. You'll implement creative sourcing methods and ensure a seamless hiring process. This role offers a hybrid work schedule from select locations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source candidates via Boolean searches, social media, and referrals
• Conduct intake sessions with hiring leaders to set expectations
• Manage candidate data in Applicant Tracking System
• Track recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and source effectiveness

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of full cycle recruitment including proactive sourcing
• Skilled trades recruitment experience, preferably HVAC
• Applicant tracking system and CRM experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
