You'll design high-performance analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters for advanced CMOS processes. Your work will span from initial specification through layout supervision and silicon evaluation to final product introduction. This role offers the chance to own every stage of IC development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design high-speed ADC/DAC circuits in advanced CMOS processes
• Supervise layout and perform post-layout verification
• Evaluate silicon on bench and characterize performance
• Drive designs from spec to production release

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in high-performance analog/mixed-signal IC design
• Expertise in data converter design techniques (ADC/DAC)
• Proficiency in building block circuits (bandgap, op-amp, comparators, PLL)
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre/HSPICE simulation tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with analog behavioral modeling or digital synthesis
• Familiarity with MATLAB for modeling
• Knowledge of electromigration and ESD compliance
