💼 About This Role

You'll ensure the smooth performance of our autonomous delivery robots by providing on-the-ground support for navigation challenges and technical issues. Your quick problem-solving helps minimize service interruptions and protects valuable equipment, directly contributing to the ongoing improvement of our technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support robots in field, ensuring timely response and order fulfillment
• Assist in robot deployment, inspection, cleaning, and placement
• Track and document escalation tickets with clear updates
• Operate company vehicles to move or reposition robotic units

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles
• Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays

• Experience with Jira
• 1 year in last-mile delivery or robotics
• Experience with work communication tools (e.g., Slack)
