• 12+ years leadership in strategic finance or business operations.
• Track record of building operational and financial engine for high-growth companies.
• Incisive executive judgment: ability to set strategy and drive execution.
• Builder's mentality: thrive in early-stage or high-growth environments.
• Comfortable with investors and spreadsheets; credible in the boardroom.

• Own financial architecture: lead strategy, capital allocation, and planning.
