Description

You will define and drive the technical and product vision for Stripe's Account Abstractions team, building user-facing APIs and end-to-end experiences that operate at global scale. This high-visibility role requires close collaboration with engineering leaders to unlock platform functionality that will power Stripe's most ambitious product roadmap goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years building software systems including user-facing products and internal platforms
• User-first mindset with care for product experience
• Multi-year technical strategy execution for an organization
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Experience mentoring senior engineers

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale applications with emphasis on reliability, scalability, and usability
• Define architectural strategies for improving platform extensibility
• Diagnose and solve nebulous performance challenges
• Build end-to-end product experiences with deep user focus
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive long-term vision and unblock team execution
