💼 About This Role

You'll manage transactional renewals for our current customer base, partnering with Account Managers to strategize and improve renewal likelihood. You'll drive millions in impact while shaping the future of renewals at Outreach, a leading agentic AI platform for revenue teams. This is a hybrid role based in London with 2 days in-office each week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process renewals with Sales, RevOps, and Support teams
• Initiate restorative strategies for at-risk customers
• Track KPIs to measure performance of renewal actions
• Manage queue of upcoming customer contracts

📋 Requirements

• 2-4+ years experience in a SaaS environment
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience developing processes for customer experience or renewals
• Experience with CRM and success tools (Salesforce, Catalyst, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Intermediate skills in Tableau, Excel, or Google Sheets
• Experience managing forecasts and metrics
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or Zendesk
