You'll build and scale high-impact enablement programs for Go-to-Market teams in an AI-driven environment. You'll design onboarding and continuous learning frameworks to accelerate ramp time and drive productivity across Sales, BDR, and Customer Success. This role offers strong exposure to product innovation and cross-functional leadership.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and launch comprehensive onboarding programs for new GTM hires.
  • Build and scale a continuous learning strategy with certifications and development programs.
  • Establish enablement cadence including training calendars and engagement tracking.
  • Partner with Sales, BDR, CS, Product, and Marketing to identify gaps and create programs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5โ€“7 years in enablement, L&D, or GTM operations in high-growth tech
  • Proven success building and scaling onboarding and enablement programs with measurable impact
  • Strong experience working with Sales, BDR/SDR, and Customer Success teams cross-functionally
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured training materials

  • Experience supporting or building programs for BDR/SDR teams
