๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Deploy PCs to employees efficiently using automated systems.
- Maintain inventory systems for hardware tracking.
- Troubleshoot wired, wireless, and VPN connectivity issues.
๐ Requirements
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- History of hands-on technical support experience.
- Experience with Windows OS in a networked environment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds of equipment.
