  • Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Deploy PCs to employees efficiently using automated systems.
  • Maintain inventory systems for hardware tracking.
  • Troubleshoot wired, wireless, and VPN connectivity issues.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • History of hands-on technical support experience.
  • Experience with Windows OS in a networked environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds of equipment.
