You'll lead the complaints team at WeDoSupport, a fast-growing BPO in Limassol. Your core impact is managing complaint resolution workflows and implementing new procedures to ensure timely, compliant responses. The role stands out with relocation assistance and a strong team culture.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Managing team performance reviews, attendance, and leave approvals.
- Overseeing complaint resolution workflows for timely responses.
- Coordinating with B2B partners and affiliates on complaint resolution.
- Creating and implementing new complaint-handling procedures.
📋 Requirements
- Strong communication skills for clear written interaction with customers.
- Problem-solving ability to analyze situations and provide solutions.
- Conflict resolution skills to de-escalate tense situations professionally.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance relevant to customer complaints.
✨ Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, or Trello.
- Additional language skills: Swedish, Danish, Romanian, or Greek.
