You'll lead the complaints team at WeDoSupport, a fast-growing BPO in Limassol. Your core impact is managing complaint resolution workflows and implementing new procedures to ensure timely, compliant responses. The role stands out with relocation assistance and a strong team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Managing team performance reviews, attendance, and leave approvals.
  • Overseeing complaint resolution workflows for timely responses.
  • Coordinating with B2B partners and affiliates on complaint resolution.
  • Creating and implementing new complaint-handling procedures.

📋 Requirements

  • Strong communication skills for clear written interaction with customers.
  • Problem-solving ability to analyze situations and provide solutions.
  • Conflict resolution skills to de-escalate tense situations professionally.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance relevant to customer complaints.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, or Trello.
  • Additional language skills: Swedish, Danish, Romanian, or Greek.
