💼 About This Role
You'll own the quote-to-sign process and help sales reps close clean, scalable deals at a high-growth AI sales platform company. You'll run day-to-day deal desk operations, support complex deal structures, and drive clarity and rigor in pricing, approval, and contracting. This role is ideal for someone with a strong SaaS Deal Desk background who enjoys shaping both strategy and execution.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and evolve quote-to-sign and deal approval processes across new business and renewals.
- Validate pricing, generate order forms, and manage signature workflows.
- Partner with Legal on contract review and negotiation.
- Train sales reps on structuring deals that balance customer needs and company economics.
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years in Deal Desk or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with quote and contract workflows (new business and expansion).
- Proficiency with CRM and spreadsheets (HubSpot or Salesforce; Excel/Sheets).
- Strong commercial intuition and attention to detail.

- Experience with CPQ, CLM, or billing tools (e.g., Dealhub).
- Familiarity with infosec questionnaire coordination.
