🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and develop innovative generative AI models and applications
• Train and fine-tune AI models on large datasets
• Optimize AI models for production deployment
• Design and implement machine learning algorithms for classification, prediction, clustering

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in quantitative discipline or equivalent
• 5+ years minimum professional experience
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms from classical to advanced (XGBoost, BERT)
• End-to-end deployment experience including model lifecycle management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with gradient boosting (XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost)
• Knowledge of transformer architectures (BERT variants)
• Proven experience in scalability and performance optimization
