Description

As a Senior Product Designer on the Safety team, you'll design platform-level systems and frameworks that keep Roblox safe, civil, and inclusive for a global community across Creator, Player, and Brands. You will create clear, empathetic experiences for diverse audiences, collaborate cross-functionally, and use data and research to inform design decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Design or equivalent
• 8+ years in UX/UI design with systems-level thinking and consumer experiences
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and user-centered design thinking
• Strong systems thinking for complex workflows
• Ability to balance business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints

Responsibilities

• Create clear, compelling, and empathetic experiences for safety policies and systems
• Design for diverse audiences (young users, teens, adults, brands, developers)
• Collaborate with Foundation Design Systems team to develop scalable, reusable patterns
• Use data, research, and experimentation to understand user behavior in safety moments
• Partner cross-functionally with policy, product, and engineering teams
