You'll manage and expand strategic service provider partnerships, driving revenue growth through retention and platform adoption. Acting as a trusted advisor to MSPs, you'll help them deliver cybersecurity solutions at scale while collaborating with internal teams to ensure partner success. This remote-first role focuses on ownership, relationship building, and execution in a fast-moving cybersecurity organization.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive expansion and renewal performance across assigned service provider partners.
- Build and maintain trusted multi-level relationships within partner organizations.
- Act as a strategic advisor to partners on cybersecurity solutions.
- Monitor partner health and execute proactive retention strategies.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, partner management, or channel sales.
- Strong understanding of the MSP ecosystem, ideally in cybersecurity or IT services.
- Proven track record of managing renewals and expansion within partner accounts.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce for pipeline management.
