Description

You will act as a key liaison between content partners and Roku, managing technical onboarding, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally to guide partners in building best-in-class streaming apps and ensure smooth platform integration.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 1+ year project management experience (timelines, stakeholder engagement, progress tracking)
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle, APIs, front-end vs back-end
• Experience with JIRA, Airtable, or Zendesk preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day technical operations for streaming platform partners (LATAM/EMEA)
• Collaborate with external and internal teams to drive technical engagements and partner app onboarding
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and team resources
• Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical quality issues
• Serve as on-call escalation point for partner tentpole events
