💼 About This Role

You'll join Comply's finance team to drive financial modeling and variance analysis for a leading compliance SaaS provider. You'll support monthly closing processes and annual budgeting, partnering with accounting and business owners to improve performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform monthly variance analysis and explain budget vs actual differences
• Support monthly closing processes with the Accounting team
• Calculate and administer complex variable compensation plans
• Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and multi-year planning

📋 Requirements

• BA or BS in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years of quantitative or analytical work experience in FP&A, PE, or IB
• Excellent Excel skills with ability to build financial models
• Experience with SaaS and subscription billing strongly preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite), EPM applications (Adaptive)
• Experience with incentive compensation platforms (Salesforce SPIFF)
• Proven experience calculating complex variable plan structures
