You'll lead AI platform implementations for enterprise customers, combining full-stack development with customer-facing problem-solving. You'll own deployments from discovery through post-launch, translating complex workflows into scalable generative systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery and implementation for new enterprise customers.
• Build, deploy, and optimize integrations with Gradial's LLM-driven platform.
• Develop reusable tools and configuration layers for scalable onboarding.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define requirements and iterate.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years software engineering or technical implementation experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or similar, with APIs and systems integration.
• Ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar technical ecosystems (CMS, DAM).
• High ownership mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and independence.

• Experience with enterprise customers in content, marketing, or digital operations.
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI pipelines, or agent automation.
