You'll be the first point of contact for compliance advice on Retail and Business borrowing products, ensuring Monzo stays fully compliant while delivering great customer outcomes. You'll provide clear guidance on CONC and Consumer Duty rules, review customer journeys, and support the Borrowing squad. This role offers a chance to shape the future of banking in a fast-paced, innovative fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide compliance advice to the Borrowing squad on CONC and Consumer Duty.
• Review customer journeys and communications for good outcomes.
• Advise Marketing on financial promotion rules.
• Oversee regulatory breaches and incidents related to Borrowing.

📋 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Consumer Duty and CONC rules.
• Hands-on experience advising on Borrowing products at a bank, insurer, or fintech.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and juggle changing priorities.
