💼 About This Role

You'll provide hands-on employee relations support across Europe and Australia, partnering with leaders to drive consistency and positive outcomes. Your impact includes coaching, policy adherence, and trend analysis to enhance team member experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage employee relations cases across UK, Germany, Poland, and Australia.
  • Coach business leaders on performance, absence, redundancy, and disciplinary processes.
  • Analyze ER trends and collaborate with HR experts to drive solutions.
  • Partner with legal, business partners, and inclusion team on risk mitigation.

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in employee relations role supporting UK and at least one EMEA market.
  • Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments, ideally with shift-based teams.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and pivot in changing situations.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to break down sizable problems.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in retail or production environments.
  • Knowledge of German or Polish employment law.
