You'll provide hands-on employee relations support across Europe and Australia, partnering with leaders to drive consistency and positive outcomes. Your impact includes coaching, policy adherence, and trend analysis to enhance team member experience.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage employee relations cases across UK, Germany, Poland, and Australia.
- Coach business leaders on performance, absence, redundancy, and disciplinary processes.
- Analyze ER trends and collaborate with HR experts to drive solutions.
- Partner with legal, business partners, and inclusion team on risk mitigation.
📋 Requirements
- Experience in employee relations role supporting UK and at least one EMEA market.
- Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments, ideally with shift-based teams.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and pivot in changing situations.
- Strong critical thinking skills to break down sizable problems.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in retail or production environments.
- Knowledge of German or Polish employment law.
