🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead driver value proposition strategy and team
• Identify improvement opportunities in driver journey
• Implement AI and automation for process optimization
• Align global projects for local efficient implementation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in process optimization roles at tech companies
• 2-3 years directly leading teams with analytical profiles
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, OCR)
• Background in customer operations or related fields
