🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and maintain FAQs and knowledge bases for global users.
- Optimize SOPs for Customer Satisfaction and Support Training teams.
- Iterate knowledge base to power AI Customer Service system.
- Establish content lifecycle governance standards using AI and data analytics.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in knowledge management or content operations.
- Professional writing skills with content clarity and accuracy.
- Native English writing and Chinese verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university.
