  • Build and maintain FAQs and knowledge bases for global users.
  • Optimize SOPs for Customer Satisfaction and Support Training teams.
  • Iterate knowledge base to power AI Customer Service system.
  • Establish content lifecycle governance standards using AI and data analytics.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in knowledge management or content operations.
  • Professional writing skills with content clarity and accuracy.
  • Native English writing and Chinese verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university.
