You'll lead the technical direction of card and payment systems for a Swiss fintech with a FINMA banking licence. You'll design and evolve real-time transaction processing and card issuance while staying hands-on in Go. This role offers high autonomy and direct impact on core financial products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical direction for card and payment products
• Design and build card issuance, authorization and settlement systems
• Own real-time transaction processing flows and system reliability
• Lead architecture decisions in distributed, API-first systems

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience in fintech/payments/card systems
• Hands-on experience with Go
• Background in distributed systems and API-first architectures
• Experience with real-time transaction processing or similar high-reliability systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably Google Cloud)
• Understanding of card lifecycle: authorization, clearing, settlement
