🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the maintenance team's daily work.
• Oversee unit turn scheduling and execution for move-in readiness.
• Proactively identify and resolve service needs throughout the community.
• Manage capital improvement projects from bids to execution.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance or skilled trade experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).

✨ Nice to Have

• CPO certification preferred.
• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience.
