💼 About This Role

You'll own Nash's growth infrastructure—building automated outbound engines and full-funnel systems for Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. Your work will directly scale pipeline across outbound, inbound, lifecycle, and CRO. This is a hands-on role where you'll architect growth automations and drive demand capture across multiple channels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build automated outbound engines for targeted outreach.
• Turn signals (site activity, intent) into automated actions.
• Own nurture tracks across interest, evaluation, and expansion.
• Conduct CRO experiments across key touchpoints.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in growth marketing, engineering, or GTM systems roles.
• Proven ability to build outbound, inbound, nurture, and CRO programs end-to-end.
• Comfortable with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Customer.io, Webflow.
• Fluency in automation, scoring, segmentation, and full-funnel analysis.

• Experience supporting ADR/SDR workflows.
