• Partner with CEO on strategy, prioritization, and execution
• Run company operating cadence and leadership meetings

• Own forecasting, budgeting, and runway analysis

📋 Requirements

• 5–10+ years in operations, strategy, finance, consulting, or startup leadership
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Exceptional communication and synthesis skills
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects
