💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end product strategy for a fintech lending platform supporting Australian SMEs. You'll balance commercial goals with customer impact and collaborate cross-functionally to scale products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive the product roadmap aligned with growth strategy
• Monitor product performance across financial and customer metrics
• Optimize pricing, processes, eligibility, and lifecycle performance
• Collaborate with Design and Tech to enhance product adoption

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management within financial services or fintech
• Strong commercial acumen including unit economics and financial modeling
• Experience with credit policy, risk frameworks, and compliance requirements
