Description

You will provide legal advice on banking and financial matters, negotiate agreements, and conduct due diligence for F500 clients. Stay current with regulations to ensure compliance and offer proactive guidance.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Banking Lawyer or similar role, preferably in law firm or financial institution
• In-depth knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and financial transactions
• Strong understanding of lending and financing arrangements including syndicated loans, project finance, and structured finance

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on banking and financial matters including loan transactions, financing, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• Review and negotiate banking agreements such as loan agreements, security documents, and financial contracts
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on potential transactions
• Stay updated on banking laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance
• Advise on regulatory requirements and assist in obtaining necessary licenses and approvals
