💼 About This Role

You'll manage payment routing and acquirer configurations for a highload social discovery platform with 20M+ users. You will drive key payment metrics like conversions and approval rates through data analysis and A/B testing. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Analytics, Finance, and Product teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage payment routing and configure acquirers
• Monitor risk metrics and validate analytical decisions
• Conduct and analyze A/B tests
• Coordinate with Operations, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Product teams

📋 Requirements

• Experience in IT, Big4, or FMCG in Analyst/Operations role
• SQL and Tableau proficiency for large datasets
• Understanding of unit economics and product metrics
• Ability to run A/B tests correctly

• Successful completion of SKELAR or Genesis schools
• Experience in payments domain
