You'll inspire customers on their culinary journey at Sur La Table, blending culinary talent, business acumen, and teaching skills. You'll support the Resident Chef in driving sales and managing culinary staff, ensuring an exceptional cooking class experience. This role offers the chance to work with premium kitchen goods and an avocational cooking program.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Model and direct employees to meet customer service standards.
  • Deliver and oversee cooking class experiences using recipes and game plans.
  • Maintain proper food storage, prep, service, and sanitary conditions.
  • Coach culinary employees and provide performance feedback.

📋 Requirements

  • 1-2 years of kitchen operations or management experience.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent Sous Chef experience.
  • Valid Food Handlers / Food Managers Certification.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated teaching and training experience.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and motivate teams.
