You'll lead the development of wireless communication solutions for Teleo's autonomous heavy machinery fleet, ensuring robust performance across diverse environments. You'll work on cutting-edge 100,000-pound autonomous robots and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reliable communication systems. This role requires 25% travel to customer construction sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop wireless communication solutions for robotics products.
• Work with embedded OSs for networking equipment integration.
• Design and implement wireless mesh technologies and routing algorithms.
• Enhance transmission reliability using bonding and link aggregation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in wireless communication for robotics.
• Hands-on experience with embedded OSs (OpenWRT, LEDE).
• Proficiency in WiFi standards (802.11n/ac/ax/be, 802.11r/s/k/v).

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of wireless backhaul solutions.
• Experience with Private LTE/5G, CBRS, or 900MHz at scale.
• Experience with SDR platforms or FCC certification.
