📋 Requirements

• University degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of compensation analysis in large complex organizations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including data modeling and pivot tables
• Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks and pay equity practices

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
• Familiarity with HR systems and reporting tools
