- Manage and enhance compensation programs for market competitiveness and internal equity
- Lead annual merit cycle including market analysis and system preparation
- Ensure compliance with compensation regulations in Canada and the US
- Administer variable compensation and incentive programs
๐ Requirements
- University degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of compensation analysis in large complex organizations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel including data modeling and pivot tables
- Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks and pay equity practices
โจ Nice to Have
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
- Familiarity with HR systems and reporting tools
