You'll lead covenant analysis for distressed debt at 9fin, a fast-growing AI platform for global debt markets. You'll produce insightful reports on restructurings and help shape our proprietary databases. This role offers a unique blend of legal expertise with a tech startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review leveraged finance and high yield documentation for distressed analysis
• Write topical reports on secondary situations
• Answer client questions on covenant packages
• Build and expand restructuring and LME databases

📋 Requirements

• JD with 5+ years experience in restructuring or leveraged finance at a top-tier law firm
• Experience drafting and negotiating high yield bond and/or leveraged loan documents
• Strong technical understanding of leveraged finance covenants and definitions
• Existing network of relationships within the leveraged finance community

• Experience with Chapter 11 documentation
• Experience delivering seminars or podcast segments
