You'll lead a ~$50-60M indirect spend portfolio, managing strategic sourcing for categories like Professional Services and Facilities. You'll drive cost savings targeting ~$9.7M while influencing stakeholders in a matrixed manufacturing environment. This role offers a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite) and up to $150K base plus 20% bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage $50-60M Indirect Spend portfolio across multiple categories.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects for indirect categories.
• Drive negotiations focusing on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Manage and mentor a team of two direct reports.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing.
• Minimum 7 years managing Indirect Sourcing categories.
• Prior experience managing direct reports.
• High proficiency in Excel for financial modeling.

• Experience in Manufacturing or Heavy Industrial environments.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint for executive presentations.
