💼 About This Role

You'll own benefits administration, compensation, merit cycles, and front-line employee relations at a SaaS company transforming freight. Your work directly supports employee experience across the full lifecycle. This role is the operational heart of the People Culture division at Truckstop.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and life insurance
• Own open enrollment end-to-end: communications, platform management, and reconciliation
• Process qualifying life events, new hire enrollments, terminations accurately
• Administer leave of absence programs including FMLA and state leaves

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in HR, benefits, compensation, or people operations
• Working knowledge of US benefits law including ERISA, FMLA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA
• Experience administering HRIS and benefits platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PayScale and UKG
• Certification like PHR or SHRM-CP
• Experience with SaaS company environment
