🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead project governance and execution of all tasks.
• Develop and maintain Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders and deliver executive briefings.
• Oversee workforce demand analyses and risk management.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in workforce planning or human capital consulting.
• Experience leading large-scale federal consulting engagements.
• Expertise in workforce demand modeling and gap assessments.
