Description

You will translate business and data requirements into Agile-ready solutions, ensuring data accuracy, traceability, and regulatory readiness for banking software platforms. You will partner with business and technology teams, analyze data across systems, and support reporting, integrations, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficiency in SQL and relational data analysis
• Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and ETL processes
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria using Agile and Jira
• Analyze business and technical requirements including legacy apps, databases, APIs, and data logic
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Support UAT by defining test scenarios, validating results, and assisting with defect resolution
• Analyze and document data end-to-end, including data mappings, transformation logic, and data lineage
