💼 About This Role
You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch customers, serving as their day-to-day contact for questions and support. You'll promote adoption of Compass technology and provide 1:1 support and training to agents. This role is 100% in-office at our Downtown Naples office.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and group training.
- Provide marketing support, creating collateral from templates and liaising with specialists.
- Partner with onboarding team on strategy and logistics for new customers.
📋 Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
- Ability to establish credibility with key agent decision-makers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✨ Nice to Have
- Previous experience in real estate.
- Experience with live or remote training.
- Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence).
