💼 About This Role

You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch customers, serving as their day-to-day contact for questions and support. You'll promote adoption of Compass technology and provide 1:1 support and training to agents. This role is 100% in-office at our Downtown Naples office.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and group training.
  • Provide marketing support, creating collateral from templates and liaising with specialists.
  • Partner with onboarding team on strategy and logistics for new customers.

📋 Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
  • Ability to establish credibility with key agent decision-makers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in real estate.
  • Experience with live or remote training.
  • Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence).
