💼 About This Role

You'll be one of the first Operations hires at Clasp, optimizing and scaling the core systems of our benefits administration platform. You'll drive client implementation and delivery, business process improvement, and strategic projects to shape how we grow. This role sits at the intersection of business ops, client delivery, and product strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client onboarding and serve as operational point of contact
• Coordinate group builds and data setup for accuracy and timely activation
• Own key operational workflows end-to-end and identify automation opportunities
• Drive cross-functional initiatives like improving client onboarding efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in business operations, consulting, implementation, or customer success
• Experience with benefits, insurance, or HR technology platforms
• Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort with large datasets
• Working knowledge of SQL to pull, join, and analyze data
