💼 About This Role

You'll support a preschool classroom at Magical Beginnings, an award-winning early childhood education center in Croton-on-Hudson, NY. You'll help young learners develop confidence, independence, and school readiness skills. This role is an evening shift (3-7 pm, Mon-Fri) opportunity for those passionate about early childhood education.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate preschool curriculum and activities
• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment
• Lead daily classroom routines: circle time, learning centers, meals, outdoor play
• Supervise children and maintain safe teacher-to-child ratios

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• New York State OCFS qualifications for Preschool Lead Teacher in licensed childcare
• Previous experience in preschool, daycare, or early childhood setting
• Ability to work Monday through Friday 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm

✨ Nice to Have

• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Prior experience leading a preschool classroom and implementing curriculum
