💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Richland and Lexington counties. You'll conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing. This role offers flexible per diem scheduling with a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations for speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and independent living.

📋 Requirements

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in South Carolina.
• Possess certificate of clinical competence in speech from ASHA.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records preferred.
