  • Develop and execute the vision and strategy for Digital Adoption program.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global team.
  • Establish and track KPIs for team performance and customer success.
  • Analyze customer engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • 8+ years in customer experience or support leadership roles.
  • AI-first approach to problem-solving and operations.
  • Proven track record managing and scaling global teams.
  • Strong understanding of support service models and proactive strategies.
