You'll build features and design the system that lets QEs, PMs, and designers ship independently using AI as the connective tissue. Your core impact is raising the ceiling on what each function can do without engineering in the loop. This role uniquely combines frontend development with platform thinking to create leverage for the entire team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain shared AI conventions for consistent tooling output
• Create a skills library encoding Angular patterns and API contracts
• Establish safe zones and guardrails for non-engineer contributions
• Design design-to-code workflows to unblock designers without dev involvement

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on Angular experience
• Solid TypeScript fundamentals and browser runtime curiosity
• Active fluency with AI-assisted coding tools daily
• Communication skill to collaborate with designers, QEs, and PMs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-facing UIs like streaming or agent interfaces
• Experience or interest in developer experience and shared patterns
• Early signs of cross-functional thinking for non-engineers
