💼 About This Role

You'll perform light bodywork including prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. You'll use state-of-the-art tools to ensure vehicles meet quality standards. This role offers training programs for skill advancement and 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prep, sand, and buff vehicles to quality standards
• Remove and install bumpers
• Perform minor plastic welding
• Carry out small area bodywork including Bondo repair

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• ASE certifications
• Previous experience with Bondo repair
• Experience with plastic welding
