🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a backend engineering team of 8-10 engineers
• Own sprint planning, roadmap execution, and delivery outcomes
• Oversee backend systems for bot detection, fraud scoring, and device intelligence
• Collaborate with ML engineers and data teams on signal pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of ~8-10 engineers
• Strong technical background in backend or distributed systems at scale
• Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects with measurable outcomes
• Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, data teams, or research/ML partners
