💼 About This Role

You'll lead a $55M+ multi-tower delivery portfolio for a major telecom client, overseeing Quality Engineering, Systems Engineering, Salesforce, and OSS/BSS. You'll navigate a long-tenured client environment with political awareness and drive delivery maturity across modernization, cloud migration, and AI-enabled services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams with proactive risk management.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and lead QBRs.
• Identify whitespace and shape new demand to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Lead a diverse global team across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in telecom delivery leadership managing multi-tower programs.
• Demonstrated success running large accounts ($30M+) with mixed delivery models.
• Deep experience with telecom systems engineering including CPQ, order management, and OSS/BSS.
• Hands-on familiarity with Netcracker, Amdocs, AWS for Telecom, or Google Cloud for Telecom.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow in telecom context.
• Background in cloud migration and application modernization.
• Exposure to AI-enabled services or automation accelerators.
