💼 About This Role

You'll own the narrative and messaging for SignalWire's Voice AI platform, targeting developers and enterprises. You'll drive category creation and thought leadership, equip sales teams with competitive intelligence, and shape analyst and press relationships to establish SignalWire as a leader in an emerging market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and steward SignalWire's category story and messaging.
• Build crisp, differentiated positioning for developer and enterprise audiences.
• Lead category creation and evangelize the Voice AI market.
• Enable go-to-market with battle cards, pitch decks, and launch coordination.

📋 Requirements

• 6–10 years of product marketing experience, 3+ years in technical B2B.
• Exceptional writing and strategic storytelling skills.
• Research-driven with customer interviews and win/loss data.
• Experience with analyst relations and market definition.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS or real-time communications.
• Experience marketing to both developers and enterprise buyers.
• Prior experience at a category-creating company.
