💼 About This Role

You'll work in a dynamic environment at XP Inc.'s Wholesale Bank on projects across areas such as Wholesale Channel, Private, Research, Global Markets, Credit, and FX. You'll participate in exclusive initiatives that accelerate learning and career growth. This is a 5-week program in São Paulo starting July 6.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work on projects in assigned area (Wholesale, Private, Research, etc.)
• Participate in exclusive training and networking initiatives
• Support team with data analysis and reporting tasks

📋 Requirements

• Active enrollment in a related undergraduate program
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of Python, VBA, Power BI, or SQL
• Availability for 6-hour daily internship in São Paulo
